RKN Property is an experienced property investment business established in 2001 in the UK and managing a portfolio of around 60 properties worth £10 million.

The portfolio consists of modern housing (oldest property in portfolio built in 1960) based in South Wales where there is high demand for rental properties.

We currently have private investment opportunities for people wishing to obtain a monthly income from their investment.

You are investing in property providing security for your investment.

You will receive a monthly income paid direct to a British bank account.

You investment is secured against a specific property.

Investments can be from as little as £1,000 to a maximum of £100,000 in multiples of £1,000.  Please enquire for terms on larger investments.

The minimum investment term is for 3 years.  The investment will be automatically rolled over for another 3 year period.  If you wish to withdraw your funds 3 months notice in writing is required.

Interest paid monthly will be calculated on the Bank of England base rate at the time of the property purchase.  The current BoE base rate is 5% pa.  Examples of monthly return are shown below.

If we wish to terminate this agreement we will provide you with 3 months notice of our intention to cancel this agreement and return your capital in full.

Contracts are drawn up by our nominated solicitor and we will pay all the legal fees.  If you chose to use your own solicitor you will be responsible for paying your own solicitors fees.

You will receive a copy of all legal documents showing your financial interest in the property.

With this investment opportunity you will have no rental voids guaranteeing you receive a regular monthly payment.

You have no tenancy worries as this is all managed for you by our experience team.
